Hey, That’s My Cape! – Disciplining YOUNG JUSTICE
Seven episodes in to Cartoon Network’s Young Justice and I’m…not convinced.
I’m always excited to hear another DC animated series is being produced and Young Justice was no exception. The concept was exciting; teen heroes acting as a covert ops team for the Justice League? Very cool. Other than that and knowing the series takes place on Earth-16, I went in pretty fresh to the premiere.
And then there was that pesky premiere.
Read my opinionated thoughts on the series so far in this week’s Hey, That’s My Cape! at Newsarama.
i just recently discovered this cartoon. it's the best thing since Justice League unlimited.

Okay, super sorry, but a THIRD comment. You say at the end that they could have used Donna Troy? I don't think either Wonder Girl was available when the show was in production.
Oh, my bad, and one other thing.
Beast Boy is indeed showing up.
Loved it. Just a quick correction though.
The Aqualad in Young Justice IS the same one as the one in Brightest Day. DC has said as much, and they have the same name, but the comics version has a human alias.
Unforunately most of these writers feel the need to mash as much as possible to appeal to as many people as possible. The idea of simple or one group hasn't occurred to them yet. I'll wait for the Young Justice box set
