The former correspondent for The Daily Show is making the hyper-speed jump to her own comedy news show for TBS, Full Frontal with Samantha Bee. Here’s her amazing Star Wars themed promo trailer.
When host Jon Stewart announced his exit from The Daily Show, Bee’s name was high on the list of folks to replace him but the network went with Trevor Noah instead. Bravo to TBS for seeing Bee’s potential and giving her a satirical news show all her own.
