  1. I watched some clips. Superman was great, Supergirl was great.

Dammit, CW – I don’t care about Superman. NO ONE cares about Superman. It’s called “SuperGirl.” Don’t make it about Superman. Granted, props to you for not involving Batman, who is over-used out the wazoo, but don’t let Supes outshine Supesette.

I really hope they don’t make it so Cat starts talking more crap about Lois. There was enough of that last season and I need the writers to work on the show’s dialogue, not find new ways to bash Lois when she’s not even been cast. There may be comic precedent for Cat finding Clark attractive, but she was written very differently there than compared to the show and should honestly not be flustered by Clark: she wasn’t in the comics so why are they doing that now? If Clark is acting like a bumbling reporter then I don’t see why Cat or Lois would be interested in him; it’s kinda a diservice to both of them. We’ll see.

And it still bothers me that we don’t know what Kara is going to be doing this season: where’s her Supergirl focused trailer? Flash and arrow had two, and all we’ve got for Kara is her cousin stealing the show (ironically).

The thing I really hate about Supergirl is how quick to they are to sideline her on her own show for every white guy that comes along. First The Flash, now Superman and Superboy.

If it’s not about Kara, Alex, James or Hank, I’m not interested. The only new additions that look interesting are Maggie Sawyer and Ms Martian. I assume that Dichen Lachman will be great because she always is.

And don’t get me started on the awful addition of Lena Luthor and the decision to make her able bodied.
