Her Universe Teases New Doctor Who Fashion Items in TARDIS Blue
Doctor Who just revealed the 13th Doctor’s costume but not to be outdone, geek chic outlet Her Universe announced a whole new line of fashion items based on the BBC series.
Her Universe, Torrid, and Hot Topic will soon have all the new goods!
Leading fangirl fashion company and lifestyle brand, Her Universe, announced today the launch of a new Doctor Who Collection inspired by the British lifestyle of the 1950’s. Featuring three different custom TARDIS themed plaids, the collection comes at just the right time as Whovians prepare to meet the new female 13th Doctor.
This subtle and chic collection consists of dresses, skirts, cardigans, sweaters, trench coats/wool coats, blouses and leggings in sizes XS to 3X and plus sizes 0-5. Styles range in price from $36 to $120.
“I’ve long heard a rumor that Queen Elizabeth II is a Doctor Who fan,” said Her Universe Founder Ashley Eckstein. “I’m not sure if the rumor is true or not, but when I was designing this collection, I was very much inspired by The Queen and what she might have worn to show off her Doctor Who fandom in the 1950’s.”
