Watch Star Wars’ Oscar Isaac Perform the Wobbly Wheelbarrow

Remember Daisy Ridley deadlifting 176 pounds? Star Wars: The Force Awakens actor Oscar Isaac is performing a different kind of exercise, the Wobbly Wheelbarrow. And it looks horrendous.

Trainer Josh Holland posted this short video of Isaac on his Instagram about seven months ago. I can’t be sure if this was training for a specific role or just his regular work out routine but take a look at this ridiculously difficult looking thing.

In case you can’t read the inscription it says:

The #WobblyWheelbarrow is a fun partner core #exercise that challenges the body and mind. The goal is to maintain a tight core without letting your legs drop and the person standing should not let the partner know which leg will be released or thrown downward. Gotta keep ’em guessing! 😜 Of course, you’ll want to start slow and make sure the person holding the #plank can activate his/her #glutes and entire core properly before getting too too crazy with this one. Safety first! 👌🏾😉 #MDW #mdw2015 #McCarrenPark #PartnerWorkouts #calisthenics #crossfit #yoga #KnucksUp #OscarIsaac #Wheelbarrow #WorkHardPlayHard 📹@thedude369

Isaac will next be seen in X-Men: Apocalypse as En Sabah Nur (aka Apocalypse) and the recently pushed back Star Wars: Episode VIII where he will return as Poe Dameron.
