Bitter? Why would I be bitter?

As we speak my boyfriend heads into the city to see a preview screening of The Dark Knight. Some guys get all the luck.

  1. Well I’m proud of your wife then too Randy because I think a lot of people who aren’t into Batman are going to see it purely for Heath Ledger which is kind of morbid, but if it gets a few people into Batman or *gasp* reading comics, then it’s fine by me.

Trailer for Watchmen?!?! Oh god I hope so.

I just hope you get to see it. I can’t wait much longer to see this one. I also understand there is a trailer for the “Watchmen” movie that will play before Batman: The Dark Knight. Score two times!

Yeah….my wife would divorce me if I were to see Batman without her. She actually wants to see this. And I’m proud to say that this interest was before Heath Ledger’s death.

Not to say there’s anything wrong with that being a reason to see it.

  4. Well, that’s what I said, but in all honestly he couldn’t. And I’m not getting to see it until Sunday night also. That is, unless I break down and decide to go to a matinee by myself on Friday or something.

My mom is trying to get me to see Mama Mia with her…

Shame on him for not taking you with. My wife is going out of town this weekend. We WERE gonna go see Dark Knight this weekend.

Instead she’s going to get to see Mama Mia with her cousin and aunt. Me, I get to play single father for the weekend for our two year old son.

And she said we’ll see Dark Knight Sunday night when she gets back. It’s a win-win situation either way. I get to see Batman and I get out of going to see a movie that’s all ABBA music.

Believe me, I’m doing a happy dance over here.

  6. No, you didn’t. Congrats.
