Went to the craft store because a ton of stuff was on sale, so I figured it was a good time to stock up on sketching supplies so I have stuff ready to do Inktober/Drawlloween next month. Most of the pens I have are either dried up or the tips are all worn out, plus I figured it’d be nice to have some brand new sketchbooks.

What’s worrying?
So my wife and I played through the new Batman game from Telltale. Well, the first chapter of it, anyway (I knew it was episodic, she didn’t. That…got me some looks from her). I really enjoyed how it forced you into situations where you had to balance the double-life in nearly every conversation (and the heavy flirting/verbal sparring with Catwoman was fun, too). We can’t wait for the next chapter to come out on the 20th.
Awesome! I wasn’t sure if it would be worth the cash quite yet…
It’s worth enough that I went ahead and got the season pass to get all the episodes as they’re released. Combat is all quick time events, but doesn’t feel cheap, and the conversation options are TOUGH to pick from.
So…it’s NCBD! What’s on your pull list? I have Supergirl and Everafter #1, Batman #6 (which is awesome), Justice League #4 (which just exists), and The Walking Dead…which is basically something I can’t stop reading now.
NCBD! What’s your pull list? I tried out Everafter and Supergirl, found them wanting. Batman continues to be one of the best freaking titles ever and…Justice League…exists.
Also, Starfallcomic updated and re-introduced my favorite character (all of the characters are my favorite)…and I’m trying to walk the high wire act of stuffing superheroes and elder gods into my guilt and grief murder story.
